Buffet Dinner Selections

Select two soups or salads.

Salads:

Mixed greens with Dijon vinaigrette.
Spinach salad with mushrooms and egg dressing.
Green beans and baby potatoes with chive vinaigrette
Nicoise Salad ( greens with tuna, olives , and tomatoes )
Lentils and green onions

Soups:

Lobster and clam bisque
French onion  ( cheese and croutons served on the side )
Vichyssoise ( cream of potato and leek )
Asparagus and shiitake mushroom
Tomato Basil
Pumpkin  ( in season )

Quiche  ( mix and match any flavor )
Ham, bacon, broccoli, onion, mushroom, leek, or spinach.
Seafood Quiche available for $1.00 more per person.
